Come out and learn the basics of karate and self defense in the on going class. Our instructor McLendon Bowden will lead you through weekly routines and workouts. Pre-Registration is required

KICKBOXING (ages 18 & up)

Join instructor McLendon Bowden as he leads through this great class of aerobic exercise. The class will focus on your core as well aerobic fitness through moves learned in kickboxing. Pre-registration is required.

Thinking about trying out martial arts? This is class for you. Children will learn the basic stance, blocks, moves and kicks. The emphasis is on learning and fun! No uniform is required. Pre-registration is required.

Come out and get moving in this low impact fitness class. Classes include toning, stretching and low impact aerobics. Fridays are yoga to help with toning and flexibility.

Save a Life! CPR AED Certification
Ages 14 and up
Did you know that four out of five cardiac arrests happen at home? If called on to administer CPR in an emergency, the life you save is likely to be that of a child, spouse, parent or friend. Prepare yourself! Learn life-saving CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking in adults, children and infants. This hands-on course is taught in a relaxed and comfortable environment by certified instructors and is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training. Upon completion, participants will receive a CPR AED Course Completion Card that is valid for two years.
