2021 SENIOR FREEZE filing deadline
The application filing deadline for
the 2021 Senior Freeze ( Property Tax Reimbursement) is October 31, 2022
Property Tax and PILOT payments are due February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1. Auto-withdrawal Payments will be processed on the 6th day of the month they are due. There is a 10-day grace period for all payments. If payment is received after the grace period, interest will accrue from the statutory due date. Postmark is not recognized as payment date.
Property tax payments can be mailed to the address noted below; paid through your bank’s bill paying service (please allow sufficient time for your payment to reach the Tax Office); placed in the drop box at the entrance of Town Hall - available 24/7; on-line at https://www.holmdeltownship-nj.com/368/Online-Payments.
PILOT payments can be mailed to the address noted below; paid through your bank’s bill paying service (please allow sufficient time for your payment to reach the Tax Office); placed in the drop box, available 24/7, at the entrance of Town Hall.
Requests for 2020 Sr. Freeze PTR-1A or PTR-2A Forms can be made by calling the Tax Office or via e-mail. If e-mailing your request, please indicate if you need a PTR-1A or PTR-2A form; the name and address of the property; if you own 100% of the property either alone or with a spouse; if you own the property with someone other than a spouse, what % do you own. We will print and mail the form when completed.
