The Personnel & Human Resources office, under the direction of the Township Administrator, manages and administers all personnel programs and activities, including but not limited to:

  • The employment cycle for staff (recruitment, new hire orientation, personnel file maintenance, training, and separation);
  • Employee Benefit Plans;
  • Creation, implementation and enforcement of all personnel policies;
  • Salary resolutions and ordinances; and
  • Employee Relations
